Lot Size Restrictions: 40 feet in residential R1 and R2 and business transitional BT zones. 150 for Agriculture, Conservation, Recreation (ACR) zones. The ordinance only applies to areas covered by the county zoning office and it does not apply to the city of Warren. Chicken housing less than 500 square feet requires a annual permit ($15).
